I love baths! It’s an instant chill pill for me. Slipping into the hot water has been my ultimate self care lately. Even more so now that I’ve read up on the many benefits of magnesium / epsom salt soaks. Magnesium is well know for helping to relieve muscle tension, but what I didn’t know was how beneficial it was for anxiety. What a winning combo, a warm relaxing bath with a dash of calm.
This beautiful recipe is straight from Herbal Academy’s botanical skincare recipe book. It pulls in classic bath salts with a garden full of blooms! This recipe is heavenly & you really need to save & try it out yourself 💐 💛 who doesn’t want to bathe in flowers?? the smell alone is a wonderful experience.
Also, PRO TIP 👌 when your dried herbs seem to be nearing their shelf life expiration date, put them to good use by using in recipes like this bath soak, or other topical beauty recipes.
