Holy basil, Rose & Cinnamon
A rare rain washes over our day. Wetting the ground & dampening our plans to run & play outside like we always do.
Don’t get me wrong, we need it. But gone are the days of curling up to a good book while listening to the rain. My vivacious 4 year old has other plans 😉 While my day will be filled with fort building, craft making & indoor creativity. I needed to start it by crafting a nourishing infusion.
I turn to some of the most incomparable herbs I have on hand: 𝒽𝑜𝓁𝓎 𝒷𝒶𝓈𝒾𝓁, 𝓇𝑜𝓈𝑒 & 𝒸𝒾𝓃𝓃𝒶𝓂𝑜𝓃
Adaptogenic, anti-stress and immune support lie within the leafy green that has been used for many years for the mind, body & spirit. The sweet taste and multitude of benefits make this one of my favorites.
Sprinkle in rose to add a touch of soft sweetness that cuts through any heavy heart. Nourishing your body with vitamins & nutrients. Rose provides calm & peace to your mind & spirit.
Last, cinnamon. On a rainy day, this warm spice adds that extra boost I needed. Spicy, sweet & full of antioxidants. The warm glow fills my cup with a fragrant taste for every sip.
Herbal tea & creating infusions with my new found knowledge always makes my heart so happy! I am truly grateful for being introduced to this path of wellness 🌿 ✨ 🫖
